live in WOODINGDEAN?

Adams will be more than happy if Hawkins and Elphick, his neighbour both in a literal and playing sense, maintain the form they showed at Crewe.

Moving in next door to Elphick in Woodingdean with wife Elaine and their two-month-old daughter Emilia has helped the settling in process for Hawkins, even if the six-hour coach journey which Albion endured to Crewe came as a shock after the travelling benefits of a central location at Coventry.

Potentially offensive to people who live in Woodingdean, have family in Woodingdean, have lived in Woodingdean, have family who have lived in Woodingdean or anyone who thinks that its not too bad.

People have been banned for less.

It's a Rottingdean-wanna-be hole of a place that may have been lower-middle class back in the day but it's now a virtual ghetto. Wouldn't even slow down at the lights if I could avoid it. They even have a pram shop on the edge of the area to supply all the 15 year old Mums.

Judging by your avatar pic, would I be right in saying that you know how to live and know when the time is ripe to treat yourself well?

Fred Binney and Chris Hutchings lived in Saltdean. Not together, though.

And admittedly a Woodingdeaners next aspirational step up the ladder.

Matthew Kelly used to live in Woodingdean. He moved out around the time he was accused of being a nonce.

I imagine El Pres is clever enough to know what effect this thread would have. Welcome to the wind up people.

Average price of a house in Woodingdean coming up as between £250,000 and £350,000.

Most of the players will buy more than one property and will pay the mortgage of a lot quicker than us the punters.

Where would the super rich player buy in Brighton, Hove Park way? 1 million pounds plus.

I suggest you stop being such a f*cking snob Kieran and talk to people who moved to Woodingdean over 60 years ago before shooting your mouth off.

Alternatively, try talking to Tommy Elphick’s family or Ian Chapman’s family. Or maybe we “should know our place”.
:tosser:

Cor a wind up can really work even at this day in age! Let me guess, you also get offended if the opposition fans sing that all Albion fans are gay as well don't you? Or if a Northerner calls you a Southern Softy?

Chill man, Stereotype jokes are still just that, JOKES!
