The question I asked is whether it adds anything wholesome to my life. It doesn't. So i deleted it.
Facebook I have only missed a little. I took off all the details of folk I know and requested contact details from those I wanted to keep from Messenger. But for the most part I am now forgetting about it. It's a bit like giving up smoking really. I'm through the nicotine craving bit and just dealing with what was habit.
The best thing about Bluesky is that you can flick across from the 'discover' tab to one of your chosen ones. This (so far) filters out all the shit that you don't want to see.
