disappointing result

The result didn't matter yesterday. And to be honest we were fortunate to get a point. Wycombe really took the game to us in the second half and will feel hard done by not to have won. I was quite happy with a point we did not really deserve.

It was all about the protest yesterday, that was the main event yesterday and it was glorious.

I think the inspectors report this week put all petty squabbles about players, season ticket renewals etc into a bit of perspective. Falmer is the main priority, I was sure we were going to get the decision easily, but now there is an element of doubt and we have to do all we can to get through to prescott how important this is us. We'll worry about the football later.

steady on chaps, im not the enemy

if we get falmer and are just a mediocre div 2 team with the occassional fight to stay up, then its going to feel a bit chilly in the new but half empty stadium.

No thats not fair, we're not a fair wether club and will fill it regardless, but point is it *all* matters both on and off the field.

Having just been slagged off by some faceless pen pusher, having a large, loud away following and just beaten the best team in the league, i would have expected the players to be fired up and get a win.

:salute:
