Think it was given for a push by Dunk. Like a lot things today, who knows.

I stand corrected. Don't remember seeing a flag.

No, there definitely wasn't a flag unless he put it down quick. No-one around me had a clue what it was for.

will need to see highlights - i am pretty sure there was no flag. but there was too much going on as we went for the ball for the ref not to give something. it looked like a very tasty finish from a tight angle.

Yes. We had a clear goal scoring opportunity after their keeper had missed the ball. There was nothing else for the ref to do but to blow for a foul to Burnley. By the letter of the law he should have sent our player off for blatantly keeping the ball away into the back of the net.

Anyone know what the infringement was...?

It wasn't an offside, it was for a push by Dunk as he went up to win the initial header. The defender was also pushing, but Dunk pushed slightly harder I guess. Something tells me the ref wouldn't have given a penalty for the foul if the defender had been the one to push harder

Ah ok, maybe the lino flagged for that. All I remember was knowing it wasn't a goal as it went in.

Yeah, I think to consider it a "disallowed goal" is pushing it, but it was certainly a great opportunity stopped for no obvious reason.

I don't remember if it was offside, but there was definitely a flag. I knew the goal wouldn't count before the shot was taken because I saw the flag.
