Dilema

Last night has given me a bit of a dilema.

Took the wife because mate flew to Poland. Not only did she thoroughly enjoy it and wants to go again I made the schoolboy error of coming straight home and got back to Burgess Hill by 10.20.

This poses two problems, Football is ME time and she knows now I don't get home at 11.40 so those couple more in the pub are a thing of the past.:annoyed:

If she wants to come to the footie with you, then great! Take her to the pub afterwards as well. Nothing wrong with that. She, in time, may make her own friends at the games and leave you to it. Taking her to the match and pub does not necessarily mean that she will end up with you all evening.

Am I right in thinking that she made you go to a wedding instead of the Donny game? Is she now regretting that decision?

She did indeed, but seeing as it was our daughters wedding I think she was justified.

She came out with a clasic last night that was worth her being there, When we scored the 3rd a guy was just coming back from the toilet, the crowd was going crazy and he asked her who scored, "We did" was her reply.
