Mendoza

NSC's Most Stalked
This crackering soccerist touched the ball

bombing forward, stepovers, ridiculous stepovers in tight situations, through balls to Cox, jinking runs, taking on two players at a time, and surges into the penalty box waiting for crosses

Best of all, staying behind to clap all four corners of the ground, even though some of his team mates were pretty much back in the changing room

My new HERO :clap::bowdown::clap:

Really starting to worry about your love for him Brett.

My personal favourite was his blistering run in the second half, beating two men, throwing in some sort of stepover that almost resembled Nathan Jones, and then passing the ball straight to the opposition defender.

GENIUS :clap:

Mini will be getting the great mans name and number on his shirt shortly, he is in awe of the chosen one.

Basil Fawlty

Don't Mention The War
I really think he is the real deal. Always confident with the ball, very aware when there is danger running at him. His tackling and passing are very good, the only thing missing from his long runs are a final ball or a decent shot. But apart from that it is £150,000 well spent. IMO.

Like the way he takes his time after the final whistle to clap the fans, simple thing but shows what a class act he is

Edit: Just seen this got mentioned in the orginal post

McNulty was an absolute joy to behold! Class left back, easily the best left back I've ever seen play for us, top quality, he's assured, he's skillful and he's just down right brilliant.

I share Mendoza's love for him! :laugh:

Played very very well tonight, and is clearly aware that a good way to create a rapport with the crowd is to spend just a couple of minutes making the effort to go to each side of the pitch to applaud the spectatators.
