Dinner out and then off to band practice.

I did a spice rub chicken and buy her some gravy for dinner though. If I was feeling really romantic I could have boiled some potatoes for her mash.

One day a year can't compete with the pure and undiluted joy that being married to me brings.

Didn't forget. Flowers and dinner at a top restaurant for me and Mrs Oz. I'm such a suck-up. Undid it all later though when she brought up a cup of cha and I just had to fix the noisy chair I was sitting on that's been annoying the s***t out of me. Couldn't give her undivided attention and all my good work went down the gurgler when she walked out before I could even get to the tea. Fixed the chair though.

We never do anything, both agreed it's a load of bollocks. So in keeping with the other 364 days, I cooked a lovely meal for us both and she didn't put out.

If you can't buy your other half a present/flowers etc during the rest of the year then you need to have a word with yourself
