It looks fairly simple, you just need somebody with a paypal account and they can set up a link, fees are 3.4% + 20p so 37p for a £5 donation or £25 plus 20p for each person if everybody paid by paypal (£20 for 100 people).

Therefore if people want to use paypal they shoudl add on the charges to their contribution.
