Clip of training for the Boro game. Seen lots of clips over the years, especially where they have a couple of players in the middle and others are passing it around to not let them touch it.

But the last couple of mins of this I thought showed the training behind the speed at which we play between the lines. One team vs the other in a small space and to get the quick passing when being closed down. Thought it a good insight to RDZball.
