I don't know a great deal about boxing but how has this guy got a world title fight? According to that page he's lost 2 out of his last 3 fights, his last win coming at the venue 'North Bridge Leisure Centre, Halifax.' Again no expert but doesn't sound particularly like a place where world title contenders would have their last victory.

I'd like to think that wasn't staged at all, and that Klitschko is going to absolutely hammer him. Would have been quite funny if the slap had been meant with a swift knockout punch

So sad the circus that heavy weight boxing has become... Back in the 60's 70's and 80's there were so many more genuinly good fighters competing for the title.... The fact there was just the WBC made things that much more competive...

Its a joke that this pub brawler is getting a world title fight already... hes hardly earnt it.. heavy weight boxing died in the mid to late 90's

Boxing has been a joke for decades, but there are a few fighters that are able to entertain despite the set-up. With several world championships and money talking, it's barely a sport. Bloody Americans.

Chisora didn't deserve to lose his last fight but this is way too early. I think he's had less than 20 fights. Don't know how he got a shot at the title, really. Hope he gives a good account of himself but he has a puncher's chance at best.

Usual negative Keyboard warrior crap on here. There is nothing panto, staged or flukey about This fight , it's a heavyweight title fight ffs! There is a severe lack of choice or suitable contenders these days ,who aren't very old, for the Klitschkos to fight. I haven't seen Chisora fight but having heard him in interviews recently he's rapidly turning into one of my favorite sportsmen. V down to earth, likeable and without the tiresome bullshit of other Brits previously. He's unpredictable and a big hitter apparently so there's every chance. COME ON DEREK!
