Hudson-Prentice now in.......................Sussex boy, played for St Andrews Burgess Hill as a junior. Didn't quite make the grade at Sussex.

Daddy hundred incoming.....
Off the mark with a lovely cover drive for four...

Nice lad - very pleased that Fynn is getting a chance with Derbyshire. Would like to see him get a few here but is very tough.

Yep, v popular when he was at the club. His dad used to run the junior coaching too.

Edit 83-7 (FH-P still there)

Sussex to win by an innings must be odds on now.

Sussex 4/11 to win (Bet365) must be one of the best value sports bets available this week.

Not a sentence you'll see very often :laugh::laugh:
No  but was true. Betting on sport is generally a bad idea, and doing it a lot usually ends very badly, but the bookies do get it wrong occasionally...

Can't believe that you could still top up with a bit more 4/11 still on offer.

To be honest, in the absence of any inclement weather, me betting on a Sussex win is the single thing most likely to scupper it.

Perhaps the bookies have a weather machine at the ready
