At least we can still field a fairly decent team, and at home. A full strength Derby County will not overcome that.

1 win in 13 games versus the top 6 suggests otherwise.
If you don't actually watch the games, yes. Burnley needed a dodgy penalty to avoid losing against us the first time, so did Derby. Burnley needed their own ref to keep Barton on the pitch the second time, that's 3 more wins we should have had. We might have beaten Middlesbrough had it not been for Mike Dean, we'll never know. Derby at home we came from a goal down with 10 men. Not too shabby.
