[Help] Dephaser pulley

My missus has a 62 plate Peugeot 2008 and needs a replacement dephaser pulley is this an expensive part/worth doing? (It’s still being driven currently)
Some advice would be welcomed

Here's the pulley but you would buy the whole kit which includes the belt etc so easily double that price. Small garage would be the best bet.
