Interesting comments from RDZ about Undav on Radio Sussex a few minutes ago.

Said they'd helped him as much as they can, that the rest was up to Undav.

I take that as a confidence thing in the moment, today he started to throw off those mental shackles.

I think he’s a good finisher and his link-up/off the ball movement is very good.

Whether he makes it or not is hard to call, but he’s a good player. Maybe De Zerbi is getting somewhere with him now-look at the improvement in March at his age.

Not going to write him off yet.

He is a good player. Its just the club is competing against other clubs in this league with obscene finances. He did well today, but with the Cup Semi Final chance miss last week, maybe its cruel to be kind to sell him for a profit where he will be first starter most games.

On the clips when we signed him struck me as a goal poacher - so not really a natural fit for our style. Good on him for doing the business today.

Feel a bit mean saying he wouldn't be a premier league player 'while I have a hole In my arse' after the semi final.

Not sure I'll ever be convinced by his game, Shape and mobility, against high level opposition, but he did everything right today and he can clearly finish.

Let's face it, our team looked power puff on paper through the middle, yet Undav and Gilmour have looked like proper players in our biggest ever premier league win. Let's give him a chance.

I'm pleased for him, and for us. Our big 3 needed a bit of a rest today, and those that stepped in were committed and potent. Undav was in a good place for the first and flaired it up for the second with precision. He was necessary today and proves his worth.

I’m guilty of having said he’s the new Locadia, but that second goal was exquisite.
I hope he can keep doing the business and work out how to fit into our team. There’s hope yet.
