No way. They are absolutely nobody’s second team. Every other football fan I know of various teams has remarked at how shit they are, and incredibly naive in tactics.Quite.
One of the 5Live pundits on the final weekend of the season remarked how they'd become everyone's second team. Really?
Perhaps there's been a confusion between the terms 'second team' and 'second tier'.No way. They are absolutely nobody’s second team. Every other football fan I know of various teams has remarked at how shit they are, and incredibly naive in tactics.
Your lucky - surely?A comprehensive during the Thatcher years. You're lucky I used an apostrophe.
Did she snatch your milk?Thatcher actually visited my comprehensive in Portslade when she was education secretary
Arent I just?Your lucky - surely?
Quite.

For some reason the deluded Leeds fans have stopped posting.Far too much foreign language posting, not enough deluded Leeds fans IMHO
Yahoooooooooo
Announce Tom Brady...I've no idea whether this will work or not work for Leeds, but it promises to be an entertaining season for everyone.
A couple of observations:
1. Many Leeds fans in the replies are clamouring for a Director of Football to be appointed. (?)
2. What are the chances of the new chairman/owner being a real fan of Leeds Utd, rather than using it as an ATM? Is it a) zero, b) nil, or c) zilch?
'Their to good too go down'Not really, because when you think about it, there's no way that Leeds will ever be relegated.
They must be really pissed off, especially as we've also now kidknapped James Milner when it's obvious he really wants to be playing in Division Two at Elland Road.Do you remember when they failed to 'free Ben White' and their fans argued that they had landed on their feet because, instead of paying a record fee for him, they signed a German international centre half for only €13m?
Leeds United player set to leave for free - Relegation release clause sees transfer without fee - Sport Witness
Germany’s Bild are reporting Robin Koch can leave Leeds United as a free agent this summer, thanks to a release clause in his contract. According to the German claims, the defender’s camp negotiated a clause which means he won’t be kept to the final year of his contract and have to appear in the...sportwitness.co.uk
Leeds are denying the reports, which seem to have come from Bild, that say that he can leave for nothing, but they don't seem to have offered comment on the report that his deal bans him from playing in the Championship. This would be a very strange clause for them to have agreed to. If he's not allowed to play for them now they are relegated, his sell on value would obviously be significantly impacted, which may have been the inference made by the Bild journalist. Even if there is nothing in the contract that says he can leave for free, if there is something saying he can't play in their league, they will be paying him the last year of his wages whilst he does nothing, presumably meaning that they'd be fairly desperate to move him on, even if nobody was prepared to offer a fee.
So he has a relegation release clause? That's not that unusual. And I pretty good idea (for the player) for a player joining a team fighting against relegation.Do you remember when they failed to 'free Ben White' and their fans argued that they had landed on their feet because, instead of paying a record fee for him, they signed a German international centre half for only €13m?

I do remember that missing out on White was not a problem because they signed Koch who would be better - and anyway, Brighton would end up regretting turning down the £30m, as Leeds were going to just sign him for half that when Brighton go down a year later. Innit.Do you remember when they failed to 'free Ben White' and their fans argued that they had landed on their feet because, instead of paying a record fee for him, they signed a German international centre half for only €13m?
It's not me calling it a ban.So he has a relegation release clause? That's not that unusual. And I pretty good idea (for the player) for a player joining a team fighting against relegation.
You calling it "a ban" seems really weird. From the article, it just sounds like a standard release clause. He can chose to stay and play in the Championship if he wants (or because nobody else wants him).
