Some drivers won't enter our building, we go and get it from the lobby, and we don't act like entitled pricks by chastising our driver, we act like civilised humans and say thanks for delivering our food.

Odd that she was filming it from the outset.

Maybe she films a lot of deliveries because this isn't the first time that a delivery person hasn't been "respectful to her needs".

Delivery men, so far as I know, aren't supposed to go inside anywhere, though if you are polite and have a fair reason for asking them, many of them will do it. If, on the other hand, you tell them they must do it because you are cold ...

Team Deliveroo guy here.

Carlzeiss will be forensically searching the internet for some video of him doing something bad though so we'll all change our minds.

Right Here, Right Now
Woman, "You're gonna eat my food?"
Deliveroo guy, "Yeah". Starts eating......
Woman, "I'm gonna come down there and kick your arse".

Me, Well if you're willing to go down in the cold and kick his arse for eating your food then you could have gone down and collected it in the first place :wrong:

Not sure if it's fake on not. Seems like a rude antagonistic bitch trying to be clever and funny and belittle someone to get attention, definitely staged by her. Pathetic whatever really

Obviously staged. He is supposed to leave it on the doorstep and go. What is this nonsense about her having to come downstairs or him upstairs? Odd that people are taking sides when both were in the wrong.

I have to ask myself.

Why was she filming in the first place?

Why does she keep repeating "I'm cold"? It's similar to those fake videos on Facebook where the guy videos his "Thick" girlfriend repeating the same thing (a lot of people think they are real, you know, Trump voters).

It's interesting that Deliveroo Help have asked for more info though. Will she follow it up?

All this little nugget proves, is she had a chip on her shoulder, and was too chicken to go down in the cold. The delivery guy, won’t try to curry favour with her, and eats her chow. Mean but, understandable.
He should have just given her a pizza his mind.

Using deliveroo for some food from a nice independent restaurant or grocery from a supermarket I get but to use it for delivery for Nando’s or McDonald’s or other chavy food chains is just embarrassing in my opinion.

You're such an unbelievable snob, are you actually a real person?
