Apologies to those who already know this but to add to the confusion Google Pay on Android phones has now become Google Wallet if you've been doing your updates. My Newcastle ticket is showing nicely

Mine still shows 1st August 00.00 and had gone into Expired passes.

Has anyone’s wallet up dated yet? I won’t panic just yet as I’m at a nephews wedding on 13th, but would like to know.

When you say "under your name" where do you mean - all I can get to is expired and my only choices are 'Remove' or 'Remove All' ?

Login to the ticket site and click your name in the top right. Then select season tickets on the left.

1) Login
2) Click on your name where it says 'Hi' in top right
3) select season tickets (left hand side)
4) click on the box next to your ticket
5) select 'add to mobile wallet'

Thank you - only issue I have now is when I click 'Add Ticket' it says "Error - This item can only be saved by one person" - guess I'll be using webchat to get it fixed.

Sorry, I've decided that now that the ticket has reverted to the 'traditional' blue, I'd sooner have the new 'bright crimson' away colour as a background.

Can someone bring it up tomorrow evening?

Additional heads-up for NatWest customers, their debit cards are in the process of changing from Visa to Mastercard (my new card arrived last week) so for those who like to use their phone for payment in the concourses, that another thing that will need updating in Google Pay / Wallet

Yesterday I got an email from the club about the new season ticket.
Suddenly realised my google pay had disappeared from my phone.
Looked in the wallet and just showing August 1st and same error as you.

Phone updated to wallet, and ST is there and has been updated showing the Newcastle game and I didn’t need to do nuffink. Oddly need to scroll downwards rather than sideways to see it though

Just checked - still the same problem
EDIT working now.
Two days of mucking about then all of a sudden it works!!!!
