44p/day gives me - R4 with You&Yours, Evan Davis and great doc’s, R5 with the brilliant Nicky Campbell and Kermode/Mayo, summer R1 music live from Ibiza, R6, a load of great lifestyle, music and doc’s on BBC4 etc including gardening stuff and RHS shows, movies and Storyville on iplayer, Nordic Noir boxsets and Montalbano, Newsnight, Ski Sunday and Winter Olympics coverage.
I reckon you like a lot of it really, but are too tight to cough up

I found some the other day, while looking at the BBC Good Food magazine my mother subscribes to I found a recipe for a chocolate cake. When reading through the method it said to stir in a clockwise direction. This means that you have to move your spoon TO THE LEFT!!! Obvious bias. A GB News cookbook would tell you stir by moving the spoon forwards and backwards what with all the balance it has.
