I've never really watched these Belfield videos you endlessly post but genuine question, is he a parody character? The name, the ludicrous 80's hair style, the exaggerated, gormless facial expression ,the pencil neck and the sticky out ears? The name "Belfield". Genuinely, is he a comedy character?
