For me,
Steak and kidney pudding, mashed potato, peas,sweetcorn, and broccoli, with loads of gravy.
A pint of unpasturised milk, lightly chilled.

No it wasn't. It was abolished in Texas in 2011 but no other state has scrapped it yet (although some place price restrictions on the meal)
