Sadly, I think it could be the end for boyhood hero John Noakes. Despite surviving the infamous bobsled accident in 197? (after which he flashed his bruised bottom to the nation's children) and numerous over-enthusiastic lickings from Shep, I just have a feeling he won't see Christmas.

We should really have a serious go at this. Nominate five people before the end of January and you are in.

Scoring:

You get 12 points for a death in February, 11 in March etc

*** NSC Official Death List 2015 ***

Here is a chance to nominate the five candidates that you think will die this year. Candidates must be famous enough such that their death is expected to be reported by the BBC website.

You have until the end of January to post your five nominees.

Scoring:

12 points if they die in February, 11 in March and so on...

If your selection pegs it in January then you are allowed to choose a substitute.

He's in rude health.

Walks with a stick, but otherwise completely with it. Looks like the type to make 100 IMO,

God, I hope I haven't tempted fate there..

If you're talking about Tom Baker, I've always wondered, is he as barking mad as he seems on TV ?

Out of respect for the great man I still hang up my advent crown at Christmas.
It is superb.

Can't see a Death List 2015 thread this year.

Does this mean that NSC has grown up, become more responsible? I do hope so, those type of threads are totally inappropriate.

Mine would have been:

George Cole
Robert Mugabe
Christopher Lee
Gazza
Vera Lynn

Duke of Edinburgh
Stephen Hawkins
Bruce Forsyth
Maggie Smith
Michael Douglas

Kim Jongs acting career
