On the pitch the bloke was pure class who has an impressive goals record made even more impressive by some of the scraps he's had to feed on at times.

I'm not going to get directly involved in the was Poyet/Forster right to do what they did/ say what they did stuff,
However - and I really don't want to tempt fate here either - If Glenn Murray was to suffer a season ending injury today, what do you think Poyet would do?
Call Fozzie back asap from his northern purgatory OR hope that our new strikers could do a good enough job?

I reckon he would choose the second option which IMHO would be a big mistake.

Yes I have. Ive also worked for less than £4 an hour but that was a few years ago.
He did it before the orient game on sky tv and thankfully we had a manager with a back bone, hence he has hardly been seen since

1. On your fixed term contract, did you try and see if there was a chance of an extension before it came to an end or had you already been told there was no chance and therefore no need to negotiate?

2. So, you are saying Forster spoke to Sky live just before the game. Of could it be that Sky broadcast some old news just before the game? I'd like to see a link to the report but can't find it myself!

Each time I got a new job after the contract ended - just as Forster will do. I did notchuck my toys out of the pram when the guvnor said it as time to move on. Who the hell does Forster think h is? You,me, The Albion and Bloom dont owe the bloke a living. the fact he doesnt get that means he cant be a coach.
