I've been sitting here quietly trying to think what other club would have him.I'd be totally gobsmacked if another league club took him.

No. But he would've probably earned more than he is earning as Brighton manager with the club(s) that wanted him.

good manager, can spot a player and train them up (Savage) seems that people who leave the club Richards and o'C seem to think he is pretty decent as well. If he continues to impress would not be surprised to see a up coming championship come in for him next season

Dean and his team have done better than could have been expected with the squad available to him. He deserves better backing from the board.
If a take over happens I hope he will be given the opportunity to continue in his post
