He's a learning manager, still making some glaring errors though which given time you'd hope he wouldn't.

Another stupid pointless poll. What is the point. Wilkins is doing a fine job given the circumstances with which he is facing. Leave him alone.

DK on the other hand......

hes not being helped by having his best players leaving the club - if he cant replace them in january, then we could be in trouble and a repeat of last season may be on the cards

As at Sunday 3.10pm, two people saying Dean should go.

But they haven't put a comment to their vote. Be a man (or woman) and tell us who you are so we can point and ridicule you in the way you deserve.

I can't believe this, we have lost two matches with the players unhappy after Wilkins has got us to the brink of the play offs. I for one think he is a good manger and hope he can get the couple of loan signings he probably knows we need to achieve that.

I think he's a damn good manager, think you really have to go back to Mullerys first spell when we had cash to splash. Since then we have sufferd financialy not Mullers fault just the price you pay for being in the top league and trying to keep up with the others .. i think all our managers since then have been ok and i hope Wilkins is there to take us to FALMER as he must love this club as he's been here so long....................

Also i reckon we will finish about where we are now so all things considerd an average season. It will do till falmer is started then we ought to push on .

Good, tries to put out a side that plays football.

Being seriously held back by lack of funds - I would not be shocked if he left for another club
