I don't want him losing his fire but there's a fine line between self sabotage by not knowing how to control his. Look at Klopp, Pep, Jose and and the old guard like Fergie etc they knew when to reel it in.

Refs were/are scared of them, I saw plenty of games where they were far more obnoxious than RDZ is and f*** all was done about it. Big clubs…

To be honest I think he has incredible control, not sure how he has not lumped someone.

He does all the effort to get the players ready for a match and some f*** tart ref and VAR official undoes all his hard work. not for the first time.

Bottom line is it's not a good example, especially to youngsters in any aspect of football or indeed life.

You have a very good point about it not being a very good example to set. But what did you mean earlier when you said he needs to learn some humility? The game hadn't even started when the OP was made.
He does need to calm down a bit now though, we need a head coach in the technical area, not a coach using a mobile phone in the stand. I'm up for that job!
