Where is it then? Doesn't appear to ne on the club website yet.

Business in January? - not too much I hope. I like the team/squad we've got, and while it is always desirable to improve, I wouldn't want to break it up or destroy the togetherness by bringing in too much too soon.

May be a few loans because of his comments that it is difficult for academy players to get into the first team - ‘Brighton is a great team and it is difficult to find a space to play’. Not sure though, much can be ascertained from the press conference - all I heard was some fairly non-specific comments from RDZ that TB, PB et al “know very well what is my opinion, my idea” and what playing positions RDZ needs to play the sort football he wants to play and that they would need to sit down and have ’another meeting to decide better’.
