David López jugará la próxima temporada en el Brighton inglés. El mediocampista riojano firmará por el club británico después de haber rescindido su contrato con el Athletic en las últimas horas. López, que no contaba con Bielsa en los últimos tiempos, buscará recuperar su mejor fútbol en el Albion.

López se une así a las bajas de Ustaritz y Galder, que han abandonado el club este viernes. El centrocampista llegó a Lezmaa enn 2007 procedente de Osasuna por una cantidad de seis millones de euros. En sus cinco campañas en Bilbao, el de Logroño ha jugado un total de 144 partidos oficiales entre Liga, Copa y competiciones europeas anotando 16 goles

Lopez joins the low Ustaritz and Galder, who have left the club on Friday. The midfielder arrived enn Lezmaa 2007 from Osasuna in the amount of six million euros. In his five seasons in Bilbao, Logroño has played a total of 144 official matches between League, Cup and European competitions scoring 16 goals

Funny thing is, it's so far out of left field, I'd be surprised if it wasn't true. He's not even been near the radar, let alone on it. But WOW.....just WOW. I was getting a bit disillusioned and humpy tbh, but I will NEVER lose faith in my Albion
