Beautifully built by a specialist London building firm it was created to be sympathetic with the original Turkish baths on the site . Building costs for such a bespoke property of that size using a central London building firm will be super high , I’m guesstimating at least £6 million to build without the cost of the interior

it’s a fantastic beach location & you are close to all the facilities of church road . I’m guessing because the house has a large recording studio , someone in the music business will probably end up being the new owner .

It will easily be the most expensive single residence sold in the city .

Yeah, a pasty from Londis and a pint in the Blind Busker is a MASSIVE pull.

I'm amazed I have never seen him around in that case - I'll bet he flogs his farm to Developers as HDC seem determined to make Billingshurst a Town.

He's only been in Polly's Folly for about 6 nights in 12 months.
