Well that would be an awkward situation if someone caught you whilst editing!

......meanwhile, in a dark corner in Somerset this was spotted on a Freedom of Information anonymous request website - seems our old chum may have broken the law in voting on matters and not declaring his business and property interests - plus ca change as the cheese eaters say. Wait a month and see if there's a reply form the Council!

Dear Bath and North East Somerset Council,
In view of the fact that:
(a) your website does not permit access to the complaints against
members page (last update July 2013);
(b) does not appear to have public access to view your new or past
codes of conduct for members; and
(c) there is no other way of ascertaining sufficient facts
necessary to assess whether a conduct or Police complaint could be
made,
I require that under the FOIA 2000 and EIR 2004:
1. you provide copies of the past and up to date (to 10/11/13)
Registers of interests for Cllr David Frank Bellotti;
2. provide the members' codes of conduct which have been in
operation since Cllr Bellotti became a member;
3. confirm the number of complaints made against Cllr Bellotti you
have recorded in total including code of conduct complaints;
4. summarise the outcome of each complaint (if this request is
considered too onerous under s.14 or reg 12(4)(b) please disregard
and respond to the remainder).
If you decide to make any of this information available to the
public via your website in lieu of providing copies in a response I
would be happy with that but please indicate the exact url in your
response. Otherwise I would like the information in the form it was
recorded in originally. PDF document copies are fine.
