Loving watching the Germans looking so static as they get dismantled by a genuinely exciting football side.

Much like others have already said, I fear the inevitable.

I don’t really watch German football so excuse my ignorance but how has Timo Werner scored 21 goals in the Bundesliga this season? On the evidence of the last 63 minutes he doesn’t seem to have anything at all. He looks like a Championship player. So I assume this is just a bad day?

Schlecht Tag!

No chance in my opinion. A bad result can be easily overcome but they have more problems than that. Basic patterns of play, identity, defensive shape are all missing.
Yes but we've seen this before. Germany failing to impress but going on to win the darn thing. For what it's worth, i think Germany are playing well but Mexico have been that bit better.

I would just love Albion to develop the attacking style of Mexico. Perchance to dream.

Too early to call.

I remember poor Germany performances in 82 (Algeria beat them) and 02 (Ireland more than matched them in a draw), yet they made the finals.

VAR penalty sorry against Germany so we’ll give offside when he wasn’t

Bobby Robson must be second surely. Southgate has a way to go yet.

Andere andere ariba ariba Mexico.

Maybe now , but not liked much when manager .

Italia 90 brought it back for him

Enjoying Mexico's Tiki-Taco style of play.

Their number 10 made the wrong decision there; he should have chipotled the ‘keeper instead of shooting.

Beautiful stuff as a German defender spreads his arms in a "WTF is going on?" style.

If only the Mexicans had fired in their deserved second.

I wonder what Leroy Sane is thinking right now?

A dirty cynical European side resorting to disgraceful fouls to stop the better sides. Same every World Cup.

Delighted with this!
Love to see them in the same position as we have been in the past ie not getting put of the group stages.
They will probably go on and win it though!
