This window is all about clubs getting deadwood off the wage bill cheaply and having bidding wars for the premium value prize assets they are reluctant to lose.

Worth remembering this is our key position to strengthen. We have spent 900k thus far and obviously have funds to strengthen, however unlike previous years we don’t need loads of new players, just a few top quality ones to add to the group.
20-25 million could well be the price we pay, and we can’t complain if a club has high demands/ prices as we do too for our own players...
