I think Munoz is lucky. Leaving a toxic club with bizarrely entitled fans, with a contract value due in full.

Wondering if they’ll go into Administration soon?

It’s 7 years since they won the CL Final.

I've been giving this a lot of thought over the last 3 minutes and I think the problem is obvious. The club has reached such massive proportions that gravity is having an unequal effect on the club, pinning them to the bottom of the table. It seems they are rewriting the laws of physics. Perhaps next they will morph into a club that is simtaneously at the bottom and top of the table yet no-one knows if they actually exist. Or maybe they will expand even more, supernova style.
I'll be keeping a close eye on this lot.

It was Wednesday.

Obvious it would happen from his pathetic post match interview after they lost at WBA on Tuesday. Plug pulled Weds afternoon.

Hopefully whoever Chanserai gets in will be just as hopeless. Seeing as he's withdrawing funds, the new man certainly won't get new players in January.

Our own Oscar in line for the job it seems.

I liked him and rated him as a coach, given the bang average squad we had. On the other hand their fans are dead against it, he’s flakey, short term and very 9-5 apparently.

I’m torn.

He did really well getting that squad to the playoffs, particularly with his family circumstances.

He's too good for Massive

Feel weird about this latest twist, if I'm honest.

On the one hand it's somewhat amusing to picture their arrogant fans plodding around non-league for a bit.

But on the other it's yet another historic football club looking at oblivion because of the money misguidedly spent chasing the Premier League dream.

Not for the first time, nor the last, I'm reminded how incredibly lucky we are to be owned by a local fan.

That bloke is an entitled prick who is simply picking up his ball and running home, now that he's been exposed as a clueless idiot.

Said it a few times on this thread (I think), but the man is a joke of an owner. Interesting that he claims not to have been paid debts in his other businesses given that, as far as anyone can tell, he doesn't actually own any other viable businesses. His wealth comes purely from the family success. His businesses consist of a taxi firm with no cars, an energy drink of dubious existence and 'Chansiri' which doesn't seem to claim to produce anything but sponsors the kit and stadium seats.

It's been amusing. But I don't think any of us want to see this do we?

I can’t laugh at them having a useless, even careless, or even feckless owner, when we’ve been through this in the 90s. No club deserves that.

It probably is time for government intervention. The football authorities in this country are too incompetent to police the ownership of century old community clubs and something needs to be done about it. The same basic tests should apply to county cricket, rugby league and union clubs, although I appreciate they aren't really affected for now.

Obviously wouldn't expect this useless sack of shit government to even contemplate it, so it'll have to be a few years from now.

I'd hazard that there are a few fans of Wasps, Worcester and London Irish who might have something to say about that!

You can play teams in the same division and not get along, but whatever rivalry or tension happened between us and them, their fans don't deserve what this guy is doing to them. I think this situation shows that the fans were absolutely right to be worried about him running their club, if his reaction to criticism is to blackmail them. I hope they manage to get rid of him without damaging the club any further.
