What is it that people on here have spent many many months criticizing the club for not allowing managers to pick their own backroom staff yet virtually every other post is now pairing individuals together regardless of whether they have ever worked together.

Apologies to Trigger if you have not actually criticized DW and BB but you post is in a similar vane to a vast number on here over the last week.

I was just about to post something similar. I've voted yes to Ferguson, but why do people think he needs Solskjaer or Taylor? He's taken Posh from fourth tier to second in two seasons without having a number two imposed upon him. There's no reason to suspect he couldn't do the same at The Withdean/Falmer.
