I went to Japan during the world cup and had a great time with the Japs. Amazing people.
That's nice. I have spent many years of my life living in Japan and, I'm not trying to start an argument here, the Japanese definitely see that term as derogatory in nature.
I genuinely didn't know that was now seen as an unacceptable racist term. I struggle to keep up.
