The article is interesting reading. It seems as if he has assisted Norwich in recruiting young talent from South America. ( Chile in particular)
No wonder we are interested in him.
As an aside, Dean Hoyle, his dad, is a top bloke. I’ve come across him before and he came across as a very down to earth guy.

Interesting that he presumably went from Huddersfield to Norwich to work under Stuart Webber once again despite the strongest of family links at Hudders! Must've been at least a semi-awkward conversation with his old man, that.
