My only guess is we think we can cope for 4 1/2 months with Bruno/Bernardo/White as cover and the agreed fee represents his value with 6 months left on his contract as he's told Wigan he won't stay there?

can only guess its with a recall option in case of injuries ... kinda makes him a covering defender just getting regular football at a different club ... works for me as we do have some cover in others like Bruno short term (1 or 2 games) at least

You can't recall until Jan 1st though.

Buy to loan is the way we're doing it this window. Understandable with the overseas players but I'm a bit surprised by the rumour that we'll do this with Burn.
