This is a man who has had to watch others succeed from the sidelines.
It’s made him all the more hungry to take his chance, which he absolutely has.
I don’t think Dan is up for handing his shirt to Webster, anytime soon.

He was outstanding today defending attack even asked a winger very much deserved MOM keeping a £20 million player on the bench

Just checked the write up on the Daily Mail website, they marked Burn 8/10. Typically they failed to note that Mooy did come on, marking him an unused sub.

At age 27 he’s making the most of his PL opportunity, after years grafting elsewhere.

Looking forward to the end of season awards, where Dan Burn will get the player of the season award.
I think Tony Bloom will need a step ladder to present DB with the award:D

Pretty sure Brighton are the only club in the country who can have:-

- A £50m centre back.
- The top rated and highest goal scoring defender from last season

Neither of whom are as good as the fella we got from Wigan and couldn't get in the team last season.

Dare I say it as I’m a massive fan and he was very much my player of the season last year so not easy to admit, will it not be Duffy who will make way for Webster? He definitely seems the defender least comfortable with the new system.

Duffy never has been, and never will be, cultured. That first half shot he had was ridiculous .
Still think he justifies his place though, for his ruggedness.
Webster May have to wait.
