every player is replaceable but do we really want to try and replace him now? A silly offer will only tempt us to sell.
Have another one for the same excuse
You really should post more
or perhaps not
Runours on Huddersfield board is that Butterfield has been left out of the squad for their next game
Could have done with that a week ago.Runours on Huddersfield board is that Butterfield has been left out of the squad for their next game
This. Selling him now and trying to replace him, either by hoping that one of our existing CMs can step up (which doesn't look very likely), or by buying someone else in and giving them time to get a partnership going - whichever way we do it could easily cost us 10 or 12 points.Would be nutty selling Stephens, We've got a lot of midfielders here but there's only 2 that can play our system well. Rather than selling him we should be looking for another midfielder who's good enough to cover for him or Kayal should they get injured,
Fair point, one of my favourite formations is 452.
Of course it's Unbeatable as you are playing with 12 playersI like someone in a free role just behind the front two as well.
So that's 4-5-1-2 for me, please! Unbeatable!

What's 10 or 12 points worth in pounds, shillings and pence?
He'd better not be.So - will Dale be on the naughty bench with Dunk?
Which is why we should have increased our offer for Marshall yesterday. Not that I'm suggesting teams have done it, but making offers for players & putting them off their football could be a good tactic.

You really are a boring ****
Absolutely this, the whole transfer window should shut at least for the UK,when the season starts surely even the authorities cannot promote this frenzy. So - will Dale be on the naughty bench with Dunk? http://m.theargus.co.uk/sport/13619925.Albion_reject_bids_for_Dunk_AND_Stephens/ Not that I'm suggesting teams have done it, but making offers for players & putting them off their football could be a good tactic. Fulham have prevented Dunk from playing three games for us IMHO one way, or the other.

It didn't have to be much, just enough to let him know we're still interested, and unsettle him a bit. If he's already happy with the wage guide, increasing the price £100k would be better. As long as the increased offer was for Marshall's wage package. No need to increase any offer to Blackburn. There's little more than a week until the window closes. We'll see if they can continue to turn down £3m by then.
