Dale Jennings

Jennings would be the missing link we needed in midfield last year between defence and attack. Plus he was at Liverpool as a youth player at the same time as Hyypia so it's likely Jennings would know him.

He was branded a wonder kid with a big future when at Tranmere but it didn't quite work out for him in Germany...I was very surprised when he moved to Barnsley last year as he would be more than capable of playing at a top of the table side.

Would be very happy if this happened.

It didn't work out for him due to having recurring injury problems. Had some awesome games for Tranmere, so hopefully he'll be able to recapture his old form.

No different types of players. IMO Stephens is more of a playmaker. Jennings is more of a player in the mould of Ross Berkeley or Gazza

I'm guessing that was Michael Jacobs who will be terrorising us for Wolves this season.....scored 7 in 20 or so games from the wing last season after not fitting in with Clough in a brief stay at Derby
