Didn't really properly clock it from the WSU, just looked like a coming-together where he'd muscled the guy off the ball. Then I saw it on MOTD2 - nasty. A red, no argument.

On Dahoud as a whole, he has been underwhelming so far. Although he did play a FILTHY little flick-pass from deep in Amsterdam which opened them up like a can of tuna, and led directly to our 2nd. There's a player there, but like almost everyone else, he only gets to play now and again.

Not seen a more obvious red for a while. Clear intentional rake down the back of the Achilles. Dirty and got what it deserved.
It may be an obvious red, but it wasn't an intentional rake down the player's Achilles.

Intention is irrelevant to the rules in this regard. I don’t know why everyone keeps mentioning it like they’re trying to defend a murderer.

I was replying to the poster who said it was intentional, that they had intentionally tried to rake their Achilles, which would be very serious.

I appreciate that though, it's why I said "an obvious red"
