Of those, the only two I'd give a miss are Lee and Jones.

What are the chances of getting an injury-free season out of Rodger? I would say slim to none.

Lee and Rodger can both go IMHO.

Why is Monday D-Day? Surely the decision depends on which Division we're playing in next year? I would have thought YES to Virgo, then extend the contracts of everyone else to the end of the season, then decide?

Blackwell and Rodger are getting on anyway and how are they going to be after their long term injuries. I'd say they are both a bit risky to take on again even for a 1 year contract. Free up the wages for a younger midfielder. Didn't they only sign for us again after waiting to see if something better came up anyway?. I could be wrong but I'd let Coppell sign them for Reading.

Lee can definately go but a little worried that McGhee seems to rate him as a squad player.

Undecided on Jones

Hammond - Yes
Virgo - Yes
Jones - Yes
Piercy - Yes
Blackwell - Yes
Lee - No
Rodger - Yes

We need Jones! He might not be the greatest player but he has a bit of flair. People always criticised Brooker but we miss him now. We must not lose Jones.

Agreed ! think Blackwell will be the one to go, we have enough cover for central defence. Would keep Rodger for one more year though.

I suspect Rodger will be given a short term deal to prove his fitness. If it does come down to Butters or Blackwell, providing he is fit I would be inclined to go with Blackwell. Butters has done well this season, but Blackwell reads the game better and is on less money.
