The official site now has the final positions up, and they are very different, 5th downwards, from the ones shown on TV.

1. Bookwalter
2. Elmiger
3. Rast
4. Eisel
5. Phinney
6. Degenkolb
7. Kristoff
8. Viviani
9. Cavendish
10. Breschel
11. Haussler
12. Ladagnous
13. Hutarovich
14. Kruopis
15. Kluge
16. Van Hummel
17. Boasson Hagen
18. Blythe
19. Fischer
20. Keukeleire

I have 6, 7 and 9. So half decent but not great I doubt many have picked any of the first 5.

Interesting. The exact same 3 I've got.

There are only a few different combinations you can end up with for this Tour, I wouldn't be surprised if it is extremely close throughout this competition. Subs made for tomorrow already, there is not much to be gained in the TTTs because there are only ten points for the winning team.

6,7,9 and 17, although I have changed 2 of those for the TT tomorrow.

6,9,17, I might have 12 depending on if that's a typo or not.

I'm off Tuesday, shall be joining you with the exciting Qatar based chat. Is that a camel? Ooh look, sand. Another sprint finish, who would have thought?
This road seems rather straight.

I'm off tomorrow and Tuesday, so I'll be watching a fair bit of the action, if my computer can cope.

Oh I see, it's like that is it. In that case...

"You'll be a freakin mess come July, when you're watching 'proper' cycling!"

Sound familiar?

I keep doing that

I'll only be watching if I have nothing else to do, plus tomorrow is the TTT.
Which I do enjoy but only 15kms seems a little light.

I struggled today, I need to use an English language feed.

In case you haven't got it.

English commentary here Sport-livez.com || Channel 6

Best stream here with the sound down Al Jazeera Sport Global - Cycling Tour Of Qatar (L)

There's no helping some people. See above. Mind you they were a bit out of synch so I heard the winner about 2 seconds before I saw him cross the line.

The league has been updated, 5th! :O

Poor start for me in joint 10th, but then it's quite tight apart from a massive gap for the leader.

Same points as SB though for me, which can only really ever go down as a major defeat.

I did see that but, too late to make the change so I just stuck it out.
Yours is the link I'll be looking for tomorrow, if I'm about.
Assuming I'm not lying on the sofa having a post Super bowl mong out in front of Wrath of Khan!
