I thought it was 'Jesus saves, and Keegan gets the rebound'?

Good to see you on form. I hope the difficulties you alluded to in a post recently aren't too much of a bugger. x

So Bellingham, Grealish, Kane, Foden, Pope, Rice, Sterling, Alexander-Arnold, Mount, Abraham would be an easy match for Albion

:lolol:

I'll have what you chaps are having.

I’ve got it as a draw.

England’s defence is shocking, a bunch of stiffs on the wane.

Caicedo and Mac Allister would out power and outplay Rice and young Bellingham.

England have a lot of talent in the forwards, but with next to no instinctive creativity behind them …. hence the hours and hours unable to score from open play.

Who knows, but it would be a game that England were playing that I’d watch for 90 mins rather than the usual 10 before I switch over

Great set of individuals who can't play as a team. When Maguire is in there supposedly as a ball player you know you've got problems. Caicedo and Mac would run the England midfield ragged. I'd fancy myself against Slabhead.

I don't know why Solly March is so constantly overlooked in the LB / LWB position. For the job that was expected of Saka last night Solly would have been perfect. Some will say he is shit tho.

I don’t really understand the Maguire bashing for England. He’s never really put a foot wrong, at the Euros came back from a long injury, didn’t even play the first game and made team of the tournament. Last night I thought he was brave and committed and certainly contributed more than players further forward

There was nothing brave and committed about him tapping out to give them a soft corner from that header Pope saved when he had enough time to control it and pass or at least put it out for a throw. In terms of the OP's question Danny Welbeck made him look like a pub player back in August.

[emoji2371] one mistake. Seen Dunk & Webster make plenty. Point still stands he’s barely put a foot wrong for England, our problems are Maguire. It’s Southgate and lack of brave quality players up top

I said exactly the same thing.Solly played for the England U21s but his knee injury prevented him continuing at that time.

500 mins of playing without scoring from open play, England's worst home defeat since 1928 a few months ago and longest winless run in 30 years.

A big fat indicator that the FA's Waistcoated W@nker Golden Child is not all that.

Southgate has made a lot of money out of being a failure. It was his fault for us not winning a tournament when we had a good squad of players and now looks clueless.
