I must admit, a bit shocked to the amount of abuse that Dunky is getting from Palace fans on Twitter, a lot of it is more than banter, it's plain libellous. They don't seem to understand facts or the law. Seem some Brighton fans pointing them towards the Shipperly case, where someone was guilty and convicted. A bit worried about their intelligence levels. Now would be nice for Dunky to score tonight 16/1 on sky bet.
Out to 18/1 sky bet. My regular punt is for him to score a header. Long overdue a win (22/1 tonight)

When you put it like that. Grim !

Mitoma hopeless at the moment
Adingra form fallen off a cliff
Gilmour hit and miss
Goalies so inconsistent

Relying on Pedro , gross , dunky and van hecke at the moment with a sprinkling of Igor.
But Hinshelwood is playing wonderfully well. Oh - hang on, he's not ready yet is he......

I feel completely nonplussed about tonight's game, and I know others I've mentioned this to have said they feel exactly the same.

I don’t know if it’s our amazing European adventures, that we’re so mich better than them in all regards, that we are missing half a team or simply Christmas going on, but I can’t get up for it at all.

And, even if they win, it doesn't change the story: we've progressed far beyond them at the current time. Whilst I don't doubt that will change - these things tend to be cyclical - it is likely to take a while.
It is odd this year. But I still can't bear losing to them. It's more fear of losing than anticipation of a good game that rules these games now.

No brainer. This must be a win. Not just because we could do with a good one but because it’s PalArse And my dad’s SO is a season ticket holder up there so I need a tolerable Boxing Day. 3-0. Ferguson, Mitoma and Pedro penalty. You heard it here first….

Palace seem to typically be over their 'injury crisis'. They have many dislikeable players who will want to do their thing tonight.

Mitchell - so overated and will leave something on Adringra if he can
Anderson - will be niggling and pulling JP at every opportunity. I almost had a premonition that JP would get sent off today - please no!
Hughes - horrible one footed prick. Will be in the ref's ear at every opportunity and will foul A LOT.
Lerma - Likes the dark arts
Olise - keep him on his right foot Igor!! He will dive at any opportunity.
Eze - he will dive at any opportunity (when he comes on).
Ayew - another vertically challenged individual
Mateta - will be revving up the crowd if he can

The biggest threat to us tonight is giving away cheap free kicks. Don't do it lads!!!!!! That message is inparticualr to Baleba, Hinselwood, Igor, JPVH.

I want to hear lots of the following from the stands:
"have you seen the palace in Marseille?"
"how d'you watch this, how d'you watch this, how d'you watch this every week?!"
and something about Roy Hodgson being a cross between a startled owl and a lesbian.

Bit of a linguistic challenge
