When they've been the dominant club, except McShane, they've nearly always made that superior squad count and win.

When it's been 50/50, they've often found a way.

When they've been shit and we're better, whether ridiculous VAR drawikg wrong lines, free goal gifts, cheating or fluking it, they still manage to overcome the form books and get something.

We surely can't be happy to take a draw against a Palace side as terrible as that. Time to spend some money and bring some competition with overlapping fullbacks. Nothing against Igor but he isn't that man. Get Lamptey & Lallana off the wage bill to free up some cash. Neither give enough minutes, push Lallana to the coaching staff. Too many crocks don't allow rest time for the others! Facu looked great which was very pleasing to see.

We haven’t played well in the league for ages. A lot of posters saying we weren’t at our best, I wonder what our best actually is now?

Struggling to remember the last league game where we weren't unbelievably bad in the first half tbh. Of the games I've been at, probably Liverpool, and we still went into that one behind.

We absolutely need two full backs, a midfielder and a winger in Jan or we will be also-rans in the race for top 8. No shame in that with our injuries and fixture congestion, but this side and this manager are clearly capable of it.

Gilmour for me. Particularly second half, he was excellent. If he had someone of a similar level next to him he’d be some player.
