I think you can get BBC Sussex on BBC Sounds app, Listened to the Swansea game on the Isle of Wight Via BBC Sounds.

Maybe the Isle of Wight is in range? - you can't stop a radio signal exactly on the county borders! I think Swansea (which was the Albion match available this season on Radio Sussex outside the borders of Sussex) wasn't covered by the PL TV rights contract.
