i'm not one of them if Palace played in a park i would be there
one of the things that is so pathetic about these attendance threads is that if you look at our crowds they don't change much over the years
the only thing that has changed is your sudden so called fans who clearly don't have any loyalty like your hardcore of 6000

My first thought last night was that based on Selhurst's capacity that the given attendance was too low to be true. Sure there were some corners of empty seats but I thought the capacity was around 26K. That means it was officially only 2/3rds full. Didnt look it last night - though from the away seats I couldnt see rest of Arthur Waite - was it empty? If not a call to HMRC shall be made. Rather than laugh at the decline of this little club I'd far rather get them in trouble with the taxman - anyone got any pics of the Arthur Waite from the opposite end?

The only stand to sell out was the Holmesdale. Capacity is no longer 26k as the police have removed a load of seats (pretty much a whole block) from the far end of the Arthur so they can stand there on match days. Also, the sterile areas are huge and there were a lot of patches of empty seats around the rest of the ground.

Are Palace fans really that thick? How were we supposed to sell 22,500 seats in a 8000 seater stadium? You try and put up with a stadium with no roof for 10 years, little money, and basically surviving on selling players every now and again. Every time a team goes up new fans get attracted, that's just football.

Yeah,like I've missed ONE home game in 15 years... including Gillingham years.....don't go to many away now due to health but still manage a few...if and when ,you get a new ground....how many do you think will come out of the wood to fill your ground?

You will always get empty seats at every stadium due to so many seats that have to be left empty due to safety regulations....but if you were honest you would admit that you struggle to fill 50% of Smellworse Stadium....lol!

not quite but then as i have said all along our attendances have been fairly constant
