20-30 none of which look likely to improve their squad, schlupp and van aanholt aren't really players who are going to save you from relegation, certainly not for the money they are trying to pay,

Looks like the honeymoon period for Parish is over and the best fans in the world are starting to turn on him about the manager, the ground, the academy and him bringing the yanks in.

Fantastic , Gripping Stuff , really pulls at the heartstrings , Lol

I've found a Nigel who talks sense!

Exactly. Funny how Newcastle went down the shitter after Pardew left as well isn't it? The bloke leaves his club's in total disarray but because the club's go in to a tailspin whilst the new manager tries to unravel the mess people argue they were better off under him. He rode on the back of Chris Hughtons meticulous organisation for a while and then wrecked Newcastle. He also rode on the back of the Pulis template at Palace before wrecking that and getting found out. The bloke is a total Charlatan.

In my local last night with a few Palace fans they seemed concerned that new signing Schlupp might be out injured for a while?

Did have a good word for the manager.

Level of fee probably irrelevant / Palace historically only pay 10pence in the pound for everything.

Brighton / Hove actually
If they were seen to be proactive on a new stadium, or even in the process of building one, they would be more attractive to players.

Even their training ground is shonky and without investment. Basically a prefabricated building with a couple of grass pitches.

http://www.footballtraininggrounds.com/crystal-palace.html

They needed to invest in ground and training fascilities when they were promoted to assure them of Prem status, but they have missed the window of opportunity. Big Sam won't get them out of trouble because he has lost his mojo from the England sacking which makes it harder to win over his players. Fighting relegation with a depressed manager is doomed.
