Did anybody REALLY believe that Palace would die at 15:00 today? These things are always games of brinkmanship, and surprise surprise, this turned out to be another empty threat. There may be a few others along the way but come the start of next season Palace will still exist, they'll still be at Selhurst Park and they'll probably still have a decent-ish team.
