IF and i mean IF Gus decides to play Lua Lua tonight (IF we sign him) and also plays two upfront, then we will have to sacrifice a central midfielder.

This could be an epic binfest. But which one would you drop, and why?

Remember guys... no likey no lighty.

Are we voting for the player we would drop?

For what it is worth, at the start of the season I would have dropped Navarro. However he now seems to be doing an OK job with Crofts, so I would now drop Dicker.

I would drop Crofts, as I rate the other two to do their jobs more effectively.

Its very difficult to make a decision on this...I'd carry on playing the same system anyway because I can't decide..

The Pen15 says Dicker, although I expect no signing and all three to play. With Calderon in the anchor role, Hoyte at right back, with Bennett and Carole wide of Murray!

Take it all back - LuaLua (according to the Daily Mirror) has joined. So, ElAbd now at right back, Calderon in the anchor role, Hoyte to the reserves, Bennett and LuaLua wide of Murray. Carole on a week to week contract to make up the numbers!

I went with what I expect to happen, not what I would do. Personally, I'd dump Navarro on the bench because I prefer Dicker, but I think Dicker would lose out to Navarro in reality.

Errrrrrr, we have agreed to sign him & he's not playing tonight. Apart from that, do carry on all, innit

I assume these people have never been to a game where Navarro has played in a 4-4-2, or where Navarro has played and Dicker hasn't.

That said if we're refusing to play Forster I would like to see a three man midfield, one up front, and two very attacking wide men. I'd still drop Navarro though.

You know what Bob, I think you may well have picked GP's brains there. Maybe he'll go for a 5-man midfield (particularly on Sat) with the usual 3 plus Bennet & LuaLua more advanced either side - providing Murray with some ammunition?

Same  After Millwall, he deserves less stick, what about Orient? how was he there? Couldn't go due to a lack of jmoney.

Opinions are pretty much split, I myself thought he was quite poor and tried to be too fancy, a few agreed and a few disagreed. make your own mind up...

personally i would have given him a 4 for first half performance where he gave away the ball far too much and 8 for second half performance where most of our threat seemed to come down the left (totally the opposite to the first half)
